  • Payaum Sanatkar

    Founder and President

    Payaum Sanatkar is an Associate at Aegis Ventures where he supports venture investments and operations. Prior to his current role, Payaum was an Associate Strategy Officer with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation and a consultant with McKinsey & Company. Payaum holds a Bachelors of Science from Georgetown University’s Walsh School of Foreign Service. Payaum founded Scramble Golf Club in Winter of 2021 and has served as its President since its founding.

  • Melvin Mezue

    Advisory Board

    Dr. Melvin Mezue is an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where he advises healthcare organizations on performance improvement, operations, go-to-market strategy, and innovation to reduce healthcare disparities. Prior to his current role, Dr. Mezue was a practicing physician with the NHS in the UK, an academic researcher, and entrepreneur. Dr. Mezue holds a PhD in Neuroscience from the University of Oxford, a MBBS in Medicine and a BSc in Neuroscience, both from University College London.

  • Juan Posada

    Advisory Board

    Juan's background is in finance and operations. He works at Barclays Capital as an Investment Banking Associate, providing M&A and capital markets advisory services to clients in the power, utilities, and renewable energy industry. During his time at Georgetown University, Juan served as Treasurer and member of the Board of Directors at the Georgetown University Alumni & Student Federal Credit Union (GUASFCU), a not-for-profit, student-run financial institution offering retail banking services to the university community. Juan enjoys reading, following Real Madrid, and exploring National Parks,.

  • Geraldine Chapey

    Advisory Board

    Geraldine works on the Player Health & Safety Team at the National Football League. Her work is aimed to improve sports safety at the NFL and throughout football, and serve as the innovation leader in the health and safety of sports. Geraldine has been with the NFL since graduating from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business in 2018. Geraldine resides in Manhattan, and outside of work she enjoys working out, going to the beach, watching football, and spending time with friends & family.

  • Jake Powell

    Advisory Board

    Jake specializes in healthcare growth strategy, with a focus on the mental health space. He currently works on the Business Development & Strategy team at Two Chairs, a fast-growing behavioral health innovator specialized in psychotherapy. Before Two Chairs, Jake was an engagement manager at McKinsey & Co., where he developed growth analytics products and served top 20 health systems in their growth strategy efforts. Prior to McKinsey, he worked in RCM at Triage Consulting Group (now Cloudmed). Jake is passionate about improving both access and quality in behavioral health and reducing stigma around therapy in the U.S. Jake majored in Chemical Engineering at Stanford. Outside of work, he surfs, writes, and volunteers at the San Francisco Farm Stand.

  • Bianca Posa

    Advisory Board

    Bianca is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LHMC) and founder of Long Island-based mental health counseling clinic, Modern Wellness. Bianca carries over 10 years of academic and clinical mental health experience and is trained in various modalities including but not limited to: Psychology of the Selves, the Voice Dialogue Method, the Inner Eater Selves, psycho-spiritual theories, and energy work. Bianca received her Bachelor's in Psychology, as well as Masters in both Mental Health Counseling and School Counseling at Hofstra University - where she was also a member of the school's varsity women's tennis team. Bianca enjoys reading, exercising, and cooking in her free time.

  • Dale Beermann

    Advisory Board

    Dale Beermann is a serial entrepreneur, most recently having co-founded Pacifica, which was acquired by UnitedHealth Group Ventures and rebranded as Sanvello. Sanvello has been used by over 4 million people, is a covered benefit for over 40 million people, and is the only publicly available full-stack mental health solution, addressing the entire spectrum of need from self-care and community support, to coaching, therapy, and psychiatry. Previously, Dale worked across several different industries, including medical imaging, gaming, and educational technology. For the past 15 years, he has been focused on creating experiences that engage individuals, leveraging D2C growth to drive new business models. That goal was exemplified at Sanvello, where the team focused on removing the financial burden from the individual, leveraging existing insurance coverage to provide mental healthcare services to millions of people.

  • Katie Kelly

    Advisory Board

    Katie Kelly LCSW-R, PHD received a PhD in social work from Fordham University. She has practiced as a private therapist and worked at several different nonprofits with specialized populations including bereavement, domestic violence, the homeless, and Alzheimer’s patients. Dr. Kelly is a senior adjunct professor at Adelphi University where she has taught for 14 years and currently works as a school social worker Bay Shore High School on Long Island. Through volunteerism she stays very involved in her community where she and her husband are raising their two children. She believes in the power of supportive conversation and exercise as therapeutic modalities and is honored to be serving on this board.
